Job Description: Reporting to Accounting Manager; You will be responsible for

- Receive funds daily and allocate with contracts in cash application system
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Ensure correct data between trade system and accounting system
- Update accounts receivable, payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Compute CIT taxes with support from Tax manager, check and reconcile other taxes
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Matching financial data from current accounting system to SAP system
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
- Assist with other accounting projects

Job Requirements

- Fluent in oral & written English.
‐ Good at computer skills.
‐ Good communication / interpersonal skill.
‐ Careful and attentive to details, accuracy.
‐ Ability to work under high pressure and timelines.

Job Description: Reporting to HVAC Manager;  You will be responsible for

1. Inspection, repair, maintenance and maintenance of HVAC systems.
2. Diagnose the failure status of the system, machinery, use inspection equipment and hand tools to identify the cause of the failure, cause the problem and carry out troubleshooting.
3. Identify errors and recommend adjustments or repairs to ensure the system works properly and safely.
4. Complete routine maintenance tasks.
5. Coordinate with management and team members to plan work.
6. Troubleshooting (if any);
7. Teamwork.
8. Attend work training classes and labor safety according to the Company's rules.
9. Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Graduated Intermediate, College, University major in Refrigeration Engineering or related subjects.
2. Understand the high voltage, medium voltage electrical system is an advantage, prioritize graduates / experience in electricity, cold heat.
3. Priority for new graduates.
4 year of experience in accounting field
5. Age from 22 to under 28
